Inspired by the eclectic Saturday night markets of Goa and the derelict yet beautiful arts and music spaces of Berlin, A Winter Less Ordinary is a multi-faceted event based around an alterntive Christmas event concept, showcasing a wide range of independent art, music, fashion, crafts, performance and food in the creative hub of Digbeth, Birmingham.

The beguiling environment will be set amongst a backdrop of installations, live and DJ based music, spoken word, immersive theatre plus lots more visual and aural stimulation of a enchanting and magical nature. Unlike anything the city has ever seen before, A Winter Less Ordinary promises to be a buzzing meeting place, relaxed hangout, eclectic dance floor and recreational odyssey for all the ages, richly infused with the spirit of Christmas - but with a distinct twist.

MAC Christmas Craft Fair

Our first Midland Art Centre Market, we will only be there on Saturday 12th so please pop down.

They have a track record for presenting high quality work from a range of disciplines, mac is an established market destination for the public, collectors, galleries and retailers to buy and commission the very best in unique crafts direct from the maker. 

The market takes over the whole building and with theatre shows on, Cannon Hill Park on the doorstep and a nature centre next door it's a great day out.

FRILLY AT THE SPRING MARKET @ THE BOND, DIGBETH, BIRMINGHAM

Seasonal markets is returning to The Bond in Digbeth to host the Spring Market on 18th April. The event is a one day urban festival with the best of Birmingham’s food, drink and artists. Featuring a courtyard of street food, real ale and cocktail bar with live DJ’s, canal side barge traders moored up in the venue, and indoor market hall of artisan food producers, local artists and designers. 

Doors are open from 12pm to 6pm on 18th April, The Bond, Fazeley St, Digbeth with a £1.50 entrance fee, kids go free.

We'll be there with a host of laser cut loveliness and other miscellaneous stuff!  Come and say hi!
