Q: How much is shipping?

A: We send all items via Standard 1st class post (or standard international airmail) as outlined below, however if you want your items sent via courier, please contact us for pricing!

• UK: FREEEEEEE!

• Mainland Europe: £3.50 flat rate + £0.50 per item

• USA: £3.50 flat rate + £0.50 per item

• Rest of world: £3.50 flat rate + £0.50 per item

If you want something sent via a different method, we can arrange for that at an additional cost.  If you require this, please contact us before making your order.

Q: Do you have a returns policy?

A: Yes! It can be found here.

Q: can you make a custom item for me?

A: Absolutely!  Get in touch with us, and we can make it happen!

Q: I'm interested in stocking your items in my shop. Is that possible?

Q: WHO is bertha?

A: Bertha is our workhorse of a laser cutter!  She is the one who cuts, etches and engraves our lovely designs, and was named after our childhood memories of the children's TV series: Bertha.
